Coverage Details
What This Warranty Covers
Subject to the terms and conditions below, Rymar warrants that its landscape turf products will remain free from the following manufacturing defects during the warranty period. This warranty applies to turf products designed for residential lawn and pet applications, used under normal conditions and installed and maintained according to recommended guidelines.
Failures resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing processes are covered under this warranty for the full 25-year period, subject to the prorated coverage schedule above.
Abnormal deterioration or significant loss of color caused by exposure to natural ultraviolet sunlight beyond normal aging is covered. This does not include normal, gradual color changes expected over time.
Structural fiber deterioration resulting in a loss of 50% or more tensile strength under normal residential use conditions is covered under this warranty.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Rymar Synthetic Grass will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the affected area
- Provide replacement turf material of comparable quality, or
- Issue a prorated credit toward replacement material
Warranty remedies apply to the turf material only.
Who Qualifies
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty is designed for residential customers who purchase and use Rymar turf products as intended. Meeting all eligibility requirements keeps your warranty valid for the full 25-year period.
To qualify for warranty coverage, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be properly installed using industry-accepted installation methods.
- The product must be used for normal residential landscape or pet applications.
- The turf must be properly maintained according to recommended care guidelines.
- The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when submitting a claim. Warranty will not be approved without proof of purchase.
Note: Rymar Synthetic Grass does not install turf products and is not responsible for installation quality or site conditions.
Exclusions
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage or conditions resulting from the following. If you have questions about whether your situation qualifies, please contact us before submitting a claim.
Damage resulting from improper installation, installation not following recommended methods, or inadequate base preparation and drainage conditions is not covered.
Accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or vandalism are not covered under this warranty.
Burns from fire, hot objects, fireworks, cigarettes, grills, or chemicals are not covered by this warranty.
Damage caused by the reflection or magnification of sunlight from windows or reflective surfaces — including Low-E windows — is not covered.
Damage caused by vehicles, heavy equipment, or non-residential use is not covered under this warranty.
Normal wear and tear, matting, crushing, or gradual appearance changes over time are expected characteristics of artificial turf and are not covered by this warranty.
Acts of nature including flooding, storms, or natural disasters are not covered. Additionally, labor, installation, shipping, and disposal costs are not covered unless otherwise approved by Rymar.
Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than Rymar after the initial installation are not covered by this warranty.
Making a Claim

Submitting a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow the steps below to get the process started, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Rymar Synthetic Grass within a reasonable period after the issue becomes apparent. Claims may require:
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs of the affected area
- Product inspection or sample testing if necessary
Rymar reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving any warranty claim.
No. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. It cannot be assigned to a subsequent property owner or third party.
This warranty is limited solely to the remedies described above. Rymar Synthetic Grass shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or economic loss.
This warranty applies only to Rymar Synthetic Grass landscape turf products purchased from any of our locations within North America. Rymar Synthetic Grass reserves the right to modify product specifications or discontinue products without notice. Products purchased prior to January 1, 2026 continue to be governed by the previous 15-year warranty.
