The Turf is very top quality and Shane and Cadeon are very supportive and they respond very fast to your inquiries and questions

I installed 2” foam underlayment and Bermuda Pro Turf for my customer that is a running a Daycare in West Vancouver- the foam is very soft and feel like real grass

I am rewriting this review to sincerely thank Rymar and our installer Elias for stepping up and not only going above my expectations but also providing my wife and I with the dream yard we have wanted so much. So excited we finally decided after researching for 2 years to get some synthetic turf to handle the devastation our 3 small dogs left our grass.
My previous post was at that time an accurate account of events but I felt it only fair to remove any stain on our relationship as everyone came through to make our backyard the maintenance free oasis we worked so hard for.
I thank the VP from Rymar for the pet odour eliminator it helped immensely. Glad I know what we need moving forward.
Thank you for your exceptional service and for restoring my faith in what I perceived was going to be a rough road.

My first purchase of Turf from Rymar was back in June. Multi staged project so I didn't want all the turf delivered at once. I met Cadeon at his office in BBY and we went through all the different colors and styles. We also went through the recommended and best practice layout. Cadeon was able to maximize the best use of the turf with minimal seams and the perfect look. Pic attached of finish backyard. Fast forward 2 months later and starting stage 2. After a quick call over discussion turf layout, Cadeon was able to finalize a bill of material. He also confirmed product stock and delivery times within 15 minutes. The best part is it's only 11am and he has confirmed delivery for early this afternoon. That's like 4 hrs from purchase to delivery. Stage 3 in a month or so. Will definitely be referring Cadeon @ Rymar to anyone looking for artificial Turf

We found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We purchased a roll end that was exactly as promised. The quality of the product is excellent and many have mistakenly assumed it is real, we highly recommend this firm.

Rymar was great to deal with. Helped us bring in the project on time and on budget. Their Installers were excellent. Our young baseball players are stoked to have a great workout facilty with awesome turf.

Top Notch Service with unbelievably beautiful products. We went with the Ultrablade 50 to create a maintenance free backyard and we could not be happier. We dealt with Florin who was extremely helpful and supportive during the entire process. I did the install myself and had complete support from Florin every step of the way. Don’t bother shopping around just go with Rymar as you wont be disappointed.

I bought a remanent. The staff were super helpful and kind. They provided lots of advice on how to install and were very engaged. I would definitely go back. I was looking online for some quality turf to finish off my backyard when I came across Rymar.
I spoke with Matt over the phone and he was very professional and courteous. When I arrived, Matt was able to to find a match for my existing turf and certainly went above and beyond to give me a screaming deal!!

I have a small (12' x 11') area that turned out quite nicely. I contacted Caedon in Burnaby who was very helpful. Emails were addressed quickly and efficiently. The install was relatively easy with the Rymar installation guide and Caedon's suggestions. Prepping the site took some time but the actual laying of the grass was quick. More projects with Rymar Atificial Grass to come.

Great product and service!

This is our “grass” after one year.We have multiple dogs including two Siberian Huskies. They run around and dig so much that real grass couldn’t hold up. Rymar has a grass made especially for dogs. I’m here to confirm that it does in fact stand up to the most extreme cases of abuse. Also it’s much easier to pick up poop than real grass.A side benefit we didn’t consider was the drainage it provides. Our basement sump has never been so dry. 3” of rain in two days and dry as a bone.5 stars all the way for both the product and the staff!

Great grass types available along with a description to each type to compare.
I was able to pick my length and was given the cost of the square footage, which was so helpful to compare grass types that fit my budget and yard.
Ceadon has helped communicate with me once the order was made, and I was very excited to get my new artificial turf put down!

4 years later and the grass still looks great. Recently lost a tile due to wind and appreciate the assistance getting a replacement. Highly recommend Rymar!
