We found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We purchased a roll end that was exactly as promised. The quality of the product is excellent and many have mistakenly assumed it is real, we highly recommend this firm.

Top Notch Service with unbelievably beautiful products. We went with the Ultrablade 50 to create a maintenance free backyard and we could not be happier. We dealt with Florin who was extremely helpful and supportive during the entire process. I did the install myself and had complete support from Florin every step of the way. I have a small (12' x 11') area that turned out quite nicely. I contacted Caedon in Burnaby who was very helpful. Emails were addressed quickly and efficiently. The install was relatively easy with the Rymar installation guide and Caedon's suggestions. Prepping the site took some time but the actual laying of the grass was quick. More projects with Rymar Atificial Grass to come.

Great product and service!

This is our “grass” after one year.We have multiple dogs including two Siberian Huskies. They run around and dig so much that real grass couldn’t hold up. Rymar has a grass made especially for dogs. I’m here to confirm that it does in fact stand up to the most extreme cases of abuse. Also it’s much easier to pick up poop than real grass.A side benefit we didn’t consider was the drainage it provides. Our basement sump has never been so dry. 3” of rain in two days and dry as a bone.5 stars all the way for both the product and the staff!

Great grass types available along with a description to each type to compare.
I was able to pick my length and was given the cost of the square footage, which was so helpful to compare grass types that fit my budget and yard.
Ceadon has helped communicate with me once the order was made, and I was very excited to get my new artificial turf put down!

4 years later and the grass still looks great. Recently lost a tile due to wind and appreciate the assistance getting a replacement. Highly recommend Rymar!
